**Terms and Conditions for Competitions**

 

**Promoter**

**Competition**

 

  1. These terms and conditions are applicable to all competitions featured on the Best Raffle Competitions website at bestrafflecompetitions.com/ (referred to as the “Website”).

 

  1. When you participate in a competition, you can either pay an entry fee via the Online Entry Route or enter for free by following the Postal Entry Route. Each person who enters using either method is considered an “Entrant” in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

 

**How to Enter**

 

  1. The competition will be active between the specified “Opening Date” and “Closing Date” as mentioned on the Website. All times and dates mentioned are in London, England’s time zone. Please note that the Closing Date might change as tickets are sold, which may affect the draw date.

 

  1. If necessary and due to circumstances beyond our control, the Promoter may change the Closing Date or correct an incorrectly displayed Opening Date on the Website. In such cases, the updated information will be displayed on the Website, and all Entrants will be notified via email.

 

  1. All competition entries must be submitted between the specified times on the Opening Date and Closing Date. Entries received outside of these times may be disqualified without a refund.

 

  1. To enter the competition using the Online Entry Route:

   – For Draw-Based Competitions:

  1. Visit the Website and view the competition question.
  2. Select your answer and the desired number of entries.
  3. Complete the checkout process and submit the online entry form.
  4. Make the payment to receive your order confirmation.

 

   – For Instant Win Competitions (coming soon):

  1. Visit the Website and view the instant win competition.
  2. Select the desired number of entries.
  3. Complete the checkout process and submit the online entry form.
  4. Make the payment to receive your ticket.
  5. Check your ticket to see if you’ve won.

 

  1. All entries must be submitted in English or Portuguese. Entries in other languages will be automatically disqualified without a refund.

 

  1. The Promoter will send an email confirming the receipt of your entry and your assigned ticket number(s) to the email address you used to register for your account.

 

  1. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not successfully completed, lost, or delayed due to any equipment failure or technical issues.

 

  1. By purchasing entries, registering an account, and submitting a competition entry, you enter into a contract with the Promoter and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 

  1. You can enter the competition using the Postal Entry Route by:

Send an unenclosed postcard to 17 Western Way, Dunstable, LU54QS. containing the following information:

  • The competition you wish to enter
  • Your full name and postal address
  • Telephone number and email address
  • Your date of birth
  • Your answer to the competition question

 

**Choosing a Winner**

 

For Draw-Based Competitions:

  1. All Entrants who have entered a Draw-Based Competition will be entered into a draw, and the winner will be chosen randomly on the Draw Date.

 

  1. In the event of any disruption or inconclusive outcome during the draw, the Promoter may, at its sole discretion, rerun the draw using the same random process or an alternative method.

 

For Instant Win Competitions:

  1. Entrants who have entered an Instant Win Competition will receive a ticket assignment, and winning tickets will be selected using a verifiably random process before the draw’s start date.

 

**Eligibility**

 

  1. The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above who reside in a country where entering this competition is legal, and the Promoter can promote it and award the prize, with the following exceptions:

   – Promoter’s employees.

   – Employees of agents or suppliers connected to the competition or its administration.

   – Immediate family members or households of the mentioned groups.

 

  1. By participating, you confirm your eligibility to enter and claim any prize you may win.

 

  1. The Promoter will not accept automated, third-party, or syndicated entries, or incomplete entries.

 

  1. The Promoter may disqualify Entrants if they reasonably believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or if there are any fraudulent activities.

 

  1. Refunds will only be provided in exceptional circumstances at the Promoter’s sole discretion. No refunds will be given if you discover later that you are not eligible to enter the competition or if you are disqualified in accordance with these terms and conditions.

 

  1. Entrants can enter each competition multiple times up to any limit specified by the Promoter.

 

**The Prize**

  1. Non-cash Prizes are subject to availability, and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute them with equal or greater value prizes if needed.

**Winners**

  1. For Cash Prizes, the winner must provide evidence that they are the sole or joint beneficiary of the bank account.
